Module purpose:

• collection of information from various sensors installed on the vehicle;
• transfer of information and commands to external devices;
• storage of received information in the “black box” mode;
• issue of stored information upon request;
• read identification information from smart cards.

Main technical specifications:

• RS-485 interface with the ability to connect liquid level sensors using the Omnicomm protocol or other devices;
• RS-232 interface with the ability to connect RFID readers via Omnicomm protocol or other devices;
• CAN interface for connecting to a vehicle bus using the J1939 protocol;
• 2 slots for smart cards supporting the ISO 7816.3 protocol;
• the “black box” memory allows storing information received from all connected devices for 1 month at the frequency of packet formation once every 5 s.
