Semi-order programmable VLSI central computers are designed to create on their basis a new generation of integrated flight control systems (IFCS) of manned and unmanned aerial vehicles using heterogeneous communication channels. VLSI provide the design based on these circuits of the required functional purpose with specialized software, implemented by microprocessor cores and hardware implementation of special functions on ULA “wired”. As a result, the customer receives a specialized hardware-software “system in a chip”.
Licensedly clean products are manufactured on the domestic technological line.
The composition of the chip:
- Microprocessor Core - 32-bit RISC
- KVARC microcontroller clocked up to 150 MHz
- Internal memory - 32K x 32 / 64K x 32 RAM for microprocessor support.
- ROM - 128K x 32 - for storing programs.
- A set of interfaces and buses - SPI, I2C, GPIO.
- The number of programmable valves - 800 thousand / 1500 thousand, with built-in RAM - 2 x 8Kx16.
- GOST R 52070 interface (MIL-STD 1553 V, Interface GOST 18977 (ARINC-429).
