... The purpose of the chip:
Radiation-resistant semi-ordered VLSI of the “System on a Chip” (SoC) type with an integrated microprocessor core - the development of the K5512BP1F microcircuit, is designed to create specialized VLSI of small circulation for radiation-resistant equipment for critical purposes. VLSI provides designing on its basis of circuits of the required functional purpose with specialized software implemented by the microprocessor core and hardware implementation of special functions on the BMK “firmware”. As a result, the customer receives a specialized software and hardware VLSI SoC. VLSI may be the only solution that meets the requirements for use in radiation-resistant equipment of critical use.
