Unified Product and Component Portal for the rocket and space industry
Research Institute of Electrical Engineering (NIIEM) has placed its high-precision spacecraft (SC) Attitude and Orbit Control System (AOCS) for sale through the specialized portal of Glavkosmos.
The system suits the mid-Earth orbit satellites that have moments of inertia from 100 to 5,000 kgm2. It can be placed in non-pressurized SC modules.
The functions of the system include: initial damping during SC separation from a launch vehicle; SC attitude stabilization and maintenance; SC attitude control with required accuracy when performing tasks and programmed maneuvers; and SC attitude return and ensuring its power mode.
The system is used as part of the Condor-E Earth remote sensing spacecraft.
The system consists of the Russian radiation-resistant components and can be tailored to the customer's requirements. The warranty period of the product is 5 years when used as intended as part of a spacecraft, and 7 years when stored.
The functional resource of the system is 50,000 hours.
